Add age verification

Under Product catalogue > Products, you can go to each product that needs an age rating, add the Tag "Age_check" and set the value to "1" and update the product.

The product will now be labelled, and if the product is added at checkout, both in Klarna Checkout and Hurtigcheckn, the customer will be taken to a new page for age verification using BankID.

Status of orders

  • Approved order =  green 
  • Unapproved order =  red 

In their order overview, orders marked in green will be approved via age check. Orders marked in red are orders where the customer has not completed an age check via Bank ID.

Select! Orders marked in red mean that the customer has not passed or completed the age check. Thus, the customer may be over 18 years old, but the order requires manual follow-up to confirm that the customer is over 18 years old before it can be sent. 

Invoice + age check

Orders ordered by invoice will not get any color code
