Can I get FTP Access?

FTP access is no longer available and has now been replaced with a separate file explorer in the control panel. Read more here →

To start using FTP, you must first create an access from your control panel. You do this by clicking on your user/account icon in the control panel, and select your customer relationship > FTP access. Here you can generate a temporary password that will last for 7 days. 

Once you have generated your username and password, you can log in using the following information:

  • Address: ftp.mystore4.no
  • Username: Your generated username
  • Password: Your generated password
  • Port: 21

The information is filled in in an optional client, such as FileZilla.

After a file has been uploaded from a client, it will be available for use in your online store. The file is located under the following URL:

https://www. [domain].com/users/[storename]_mystore_no/<folder>/<filename>

Eg: https://www.mystore.no/users/mystoreshop_mystore_no/images/bilde1.jpg

 

In this webshop , the file image1.jpg uploaded in a folder named images.
