How do I cancel my webshop?

If you wish to terminate your agreement with Mystore.no you send a notice of termination from the control panel in the online store.

Please note that invoices already sent for hosting and operation must be paid even if a cancellation is sent. You can terminate the agreement at any time. All agreements expire for the period for which they have been invoiced.  

Procedure

  • Go to the front page in Control Panel
  • Tap your logo (account icon) in the top right corner
  • Tap Customer relationship > Termination
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

Do you want to close the online store before the agreement period has expired?

If you wish to close your store before the term of the agreement has expired, you can do this under "Configuration" > "General".


Notice period and other terms of use can be found in our user agreement.
