How do you become a member of the customer club?

Both new and existing customers can easily become members of the customer club. In the online store, customers can sign up via product pages, or via a customer club text page. Existing customers can also join directly in My Account.

Become a member via product page

On the product pages, with the Customer Club installed, you will display membership benefits with a built-in button for registration (Become a member). When you click on this button, a dialog opens where you enter your email address in the first step, to check if you already have a customer account with the store. 

In the video clip below, there is no customer card from before ↓
Here, the customer card will be created at the same time as the customer becomes a member. When registration is complete, the customer is automatically logged in.  

Example with existing customer cards ↓
When the customer already has a customer card, a login link will be sent by email. When the customer clicks on this, the customer is logged in and the registration is completed.

Become a member through My Account

Existing customers can log in to My Account and find the registration for the customer club on the homepage. ↓

How do members unsubscribe from the customer club?

Members can unsubscribe from the customer club via My Account
