Agreement with PostNord
To use Postnord Mypack for shipping calculations, you need an agreement with Postnord.

Install shipping option
To install shipping options from PostNord, go to Configuration > Shipping methods.
First, press:
"+ADD SHIPPING OPTION"
and then tap "See more options"
This will bring up more PostNord shipping options.
Select the shipping method and press "Install Shipping Option".
Account details
In order for the shipping method to work, you must enter some information that you have with PostNord:
- Username You should have received this from Postnord
- Password You should have received this from Postnord
- Customs post customers You should have received this from Postnord
- Sent from postcode Enter the postal code from which the goods will be shipped
It is also important to ensure that the fields "MINIMUM WEIGHT IN GRAMS" and "MAXIMUM WEIGHT IN GRAMS" in the shipping method are entered.
It's recommended that you test the shipping methods in your online store to see that they work properly.
