Am I ready to launch the store?

Before you put your store online, there are a few things you should have in place. Here we have gathered some points that you can use as a checklist.

In short, the most important thing is that you enter your store yourself in the role of customer, look at the products, the setup in the online store and carry out a test order, which you can  then cancel.

Payment methods

• Payment methods are available to the customer. Test by placing an order via the store, usually this is Klarna Checkout.

Shipping setup

• Shipping calculation is in place (test by placing an order).

Product and category view

• The products are in place with price, article number, product images and associated with the correct VAT class. PS! See the help article on artikkelnummer
• VAT calculation is correct (test by placing an order).
• Product photos and descriptions are great. See our article regarding gode produktbilder

Design

• Banner images are in place. Design > Your Design > Design Settings > Banner Images
• The customer gets the order confirmation, and it looks straightforward.
• Logo uploaded under Design > Upload Logo/Banner

Terms of Sale, Privacy and Company Information

• The " Terms of Sale" page is available in the top line and/or bottom line.
• A privacy policy page is available in the top line and/or bottom line. Many people use the "Privacy" page, which you can find via Design > Main Menu/Content. Mystore's privacy policy can be viewed HER
• Since "About us" is well written, it is clear who runs the online store. Also include your organization number and company.
• Company information is visible in the bottom line.
