The sales report helps you easily analyze orders based on different time intervals, such as hour, day, week, month, and year. This makes it easy for you to understand the number of orders and sales revenue for each selected time period. Let's go through the two main features of this report.

 Select Order Status:

   On the left side of the report, you can choose which orders to display based on their status. This gives you control over the order information you want to include in your analysis.


   Include Orders with Green Light:

     - A green light next to an order status means it will be included in the report.

     - Click on the corresponding indicator if you want to see data for a specific order status with a green light.

     - The report will then show information about orders with the selected status.


   Exclude Orders with Red Light:

     - A red light next to an order status means orders with this status will be excluded from the report.

     - Click on the indicator to avoid including data for a specific order status with a red light.

     - The report will filter out information about orders with the selected status.


   This functionality gives you flexibility to customize the sales report according to your needs, making it easier to focus on the orders most relevant to your analysis.


Filter by Date Period:

   To view the sales report for a specific time period (hour, day, week, month, or year), use the links provided on the side. Clicking on these links will show you the desired report.


Understanding the Columns:

   Under the daily sales report, there are several columns to understand:

   Number of Orders: This shows the total number of orders from both POS and the online store.

   Average Order: This displays the average order amount.

   Online Revenue: This sums up the total revenue from the online store.

   POS Revenue: This sums up the total revenue from the POS.

   Total Revenue: This combines both online store and POS revenue.

   +/- %: This compares the total revenue from the previous period, indicating the percentage decrease or increase. For example, if you're looking at daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly data, it compares the last measurement to the current/next one.

   For instance, if you see that 15600 NOK is double the amount of the next measurement, it indicates a 50% reduction, and so on.
