Do you have automatic backup of the store?

Anyone who has worked with computer systems for a while knows how important it is to have good backup routines. It is of little use to take backups if you cannot be sure that important data can be restored once an accident occurs.

Mystore.no have the following procedures for data backup:

Critical data is backed up every hour, i.e. orders and customer register.

Every night we run backups on all our servers, this applies to both files and databases. We store a backup in the data center, at the same time as we send a backup set out of the data center, this to be secured in case of e.g. fire or other natural disasters. Daily backups are stored for 1-3 months before being deleted.

No, we do not have solutions that allow you to make a complete backup of your data, but with our app import/export CSV you can retrieve order, product and customer data in CSV / Excel format.
