You can easily pull out customers who have signed up for lists via a popup. This can then be imported into your supplier of e.g. newsletters.

Extract email list from popup is CSV format

To export signups to CSV, press the button as shown in the image. In the menu that appears, select "Export sign-ups". This will then send you to a CSV file that you can download and import from your supplier.
