Export tool

Export Center gives you two new export capabilities in CSV: "Products Sold" and "Customer Data."
These capabilities provide more detailed exports than the standard export in the control panel and are well suited to anyone who wants to create more thorough statistics on customers and sales or use BI software (Business intelligence software).

You can find the Export Center under "Tools" > "Export Center" in the Control Panel. 

Products sold

Sold products give you an overview of all products sold within selected dates. You can choose whether you want to export sold products based on the order date or invoice date. 

Columns in "Products Sold":

• Order number
• Customer
• Article number
• EAN
• Product name
• Producer
• Variant
• Property (requires "Product Features")
• Input Price
• Variant input price
• Retail price
• Quantity (number of duplicate products in one order)
• Subtotal (quantity multiplied by retail price)
• Order date
• Order status
• Categorical tree
• Profit (margin in %)
• Customer name
• Customer email address
• Group

"Products sold" exports a maximum of 31 days in the same file. 

Customer data

Export of customer data gives you valuable information about your customers that can be used for business intelligence, statistics etc. 

Columns in "Customer Data":

• Customer
• Name

• Postcode
• Country
• Telephone
• Created
• Number of logins
• Number of orders
• Total turnover
• Last order date
• Last login
• Receiving newsletters

"Customer Data" can export data-restricted file from selected date (maximum 30 days) or interval (oldest to newest) with 5000 customers in each file.
