If VAT is not calculated correctly, you can check the following:

  • Configuration > General: Is it checked for "Show prices incl. VAT"?
  • Configuration > Order total > View VAT: Is "Show VAT" set to "True" or "False"?
  • Product catalog > [Product] > "General": Is "Value Added Tax (VAT)" set to the correct VAT class on the product?
