Get started

To get started, you'll need an appointment with Porterbuddy and a way to print shipping labels. Appointment with Porterbuddy can be booked here: https://www.porterbuddy.com/business

As soon as the agreement is in place, install the shipping method "Porterbuddy" in your control panel.

View in the online store

In the online store, Porterbuddy will appear as a shipping method in the checkout. The shipping method allows the customer to choose the delivery window of 2 hours. The customer pays the order as normal.


You will see when the customer has chosen delivery and when the order is picked up by Porterbuddy on the order in the control panel.

Order processing

In order processing, you get a new field with information when the package is picked up from you and when it is to be delivered to the customer. You will also have the option to print the shipping label, as well as go to your Porterbuddy portal for managing the freight assignment.
