Handling customers in POS

Here, we'll show you how to add new customers and how to associate a sale with existing customers

How to add customer

  1. Click on the customer icon/customer name at the top of the shopping cart
  2. Tap the + icon on the top right, or search for the phone number of the customer
  3. By directly searching for phone numbers, you can then choose to add the customer via number lookup. This costs 0.5 credits per hit.

How to choose a customer

  1. Before the order is completed: Click on the customer icon/customer name at the top of the shopping cart
  2. Search for the customer by name, phone, email or customer number
  3. Click on the desired customer in the search result
  4. You will now see the customer's name at the top of the shopping cart. The order will now be placed on the customer's customer card/account
