Article Summary

To send an email from the control panel in your online store:

  1. Go to Tools - Send Email
  2. Select customer
  3. Check that email in the From field is correct
  4. Enter subject by email
  5. Type the desired message in the text box

When you're done, tap Send Email to email your customer.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to send e-mails to multiple customers. Then we would recommend integration with Mailmojo or Mailchimp.
