What does it cost to be a Mystore customer?

This article discusses Mystore's basic packages, designs, apps and other services we offer.

Basic packages

To set up an online store at Mystore, a basic package must be chosen, the basic packages give you access to our system so that you can manage and operate your online store.

Included in the price are an acquirer agreement with Klarna Checkout, an industry-leading freight agreement with PostNord and Norwegian customer support. The basic packages  will also affect transaction costs with the acquirer and any shipping rates in our Mystore freight agreement.

Start

This package costs NOK 1,198,- / month if you pay an annual invoice and NOK 1,398,- / month if you want to pay per month with instalments on payment cards. 

Your transaction costs with this package will be:

• Klarna - 2,89% + 3,50 NOK per transaction
• Vipps - 3.99% per transaction

Smart

This package costs NOK 1,798,- / month if you pay an annual invoice and NOK 1,998,- / month if you want to pay per month with instalments on payment cards.

Your transaction costs with this package will be:

• Klarna - 2,99% + 3,50 NOK per transaction
• Vipps - 2.75% per transaction
• Adyen - Se tabell på vår prisside for datakasse

Plus

This package costs NOK 4,998,- / month if you pay an annual invoice and NOK 5,498,- / month if you want to pay per month with instalments on payment cards.

Your transaction costs with this package will be:

• Klarna - 2,39% + 3,50 NOK per transaction
• Vipps - 2.00% per transaction
• Adyen - Se tabell på vår prisside for datakasse
  
  

Design

Which design you choose depends on your needs, we then have a number of different templates available on our platform with different features that can meet your needs. In our selection, we have templates that are free of charge and designs that are purchased with a one-time fee.

Apps

These are then additional services that you can add to your basic package, some Apps are only a one-time fee and some also have a monthly.

You do this with us by adding different "apps" from our Appstore.

Data box

In addition to this, Mystore we also offer datakasse that communicate with your online store, there is no extra cost to use our app. 

This can be downloaded via the appstore on the iPad.

Costs for the data box will be hardware to operate the checkout, this can be ordered from us at our Hardware store.

In addition, transaction fees are paid per transaction, this price matrix is a dynamic model and provides fees based on revenue per month.
