To set up an online store on Mystore, you need an active pricing plan, here you can choose between Start, Smart and Plus.

The Start plan is perfect for those who need to keep costs down in the start-up phase of their pursuit towards a healthy and profitable business.

The Smart plan is our most popular plan and is mainly for businesses that have growth as their main goal, the plan includes functionality to help you on your way towards this goal.

The Plus plan includes most of our features and is perfect for a well-established company that wants efficiency at all levels.

Start

The following functionality is included in the Start plan:

  • Inventory history 
    This functionality allows you to keep track of which orders adjust your inventory balance up and down, meaning you can always go back and look at what changed the inventory balance on a specific product.

  • Inventory count
    This functionality is great for counting over your inventory, we have several help articles that deal with this feature.

  • Discount Codes
    This functionality allows you to set up discounts that can be tied to products or categories, as well as setup of quantity discounts and "buy X get Y" type discounts.

  • Personalized search
    This functionality gives you an advanced search in your online store where you can set up synonyms and keywords that are linked the way you want. We have several help articles that discuss this feature.

  • Barcodes
    This functionality allows you to generate and print barcodes on your products, you can also use barcodes you get from your supplier.

Smart

The following functionality is included in the Smart plan, as well as all Start functionalities:

  • Gift certificate
    This functionality gives you the opportunity to sell gift cards in your store, then you will get a product in the store called gift cards and where customers can choose the amount of their choice.

  • Campaign Center
    This functionality gives you the opportunity to create campaigns on your store where you can set the start and end time so that the campaign turns on and off automatically, as well as choose which products to include.

  • Advanced inventory management
    This functionality allows you to set up inventory groups with unique rules, so you can easily mark items as ordered items, items in remote storage, etc. This provides a good flow of products and inventory.

  • Personalized product recommendations 
    This functionality gives you the opportunity to display carousels on your online store, these can be displayed on the front page, product pages and in the shopping cart. This app uses AI technology to show relevant products to visitors to your store.

  • Filter
    This functionality gives you the opportunity to let visitors to your store filter on products, it comes with a set of standard filters but there is also the possibility to build your own filters using product features.

  • Google Shopping
    This functionality gives you the opportunity to present the products in your online store directly in Google's organic search. A product feed from your shop will be made available and it can be used to add products to Google Shopping.

  • Facebook Feed & Instagram shopping
    This functionality allows you to use the store's product catalogue on Facebook and Instagram. By using the catalogue, you have the opportunity to present your products directly on Facebook and in Instagram Shopping.

Plus

The following functionality is included in the Plus plan, as well as all Smart functionalities:

  • Google tag manager
  • Personalized shopping - Platform
This functionality includes several features, with the Personalized shopping platform you get access to the following:

    • Chat that connects to the online store
    • Live overview of visitors to the online store
    • Mail flow that includes:
          - Abandoned cart email
          - Customized order confirmations
          - Personal emails based on rules
          - Send out mail to "sleeping customers"
    • Pop-ups
       - Inform customers about important information with pop-ups
          - Collect email addresses with a good message or discount code as a gift
    • Apps
          - Link on newsletterApps
          - Link to Trustpilot (Reviews)

Logistics

The logistics packages are additional packages you can choose alongside your pricing plan.
The solution optimizes the flow between purchasing and order processing and helps you gain control of the warehouse, as well as remove frustrations and time thieves in several places in the process, so you can save time, money and facilitate quality, satisfied customers and increased sales.

Start

The following functionality is included in the Start plan:

  • Minimum inventory
    This functionality allows you to set the minimum amount of stock per product, an email is sent when your inventory reaches the limit you've set so you can order up more items.

  • Locations
    This functionality gives you the opportunity to add stock locations to your products.
  • Purchasing & Receiving
    The procurement module automatically creates and updates purchase orders when you oversell an item. Or you can easily create manual purchases, either from the purchase itself or from a product page.

  • Document archive
    This functionality allows you to upload files related to your purchase so that they can be collected in one place.
    The files are internal and are not sent out to vendors or customers. Perfect for those who want to keep invoices, order confirmations, customs clearance documentation etc. in one place.
  • Pre-sales from purchasing

    Presale is a feature that allows you to set how many of an ordered quantity can be presold before the purchase order is received.

    For example, you have ordered 100 of an item, but only want to pre-sell 50  of these.
    With presales, you can say on each line item in a purchase order how many to sell and what will happen when the quantity is reached.

Control

The following functionality is included in the Kontrol plan, as well as all Smart functionalities:

  • Purchasing Assistant
    This functionality creates order suggestions based on periodic sales, inventory status, and active purchases. The assistant looks at the sales you had in a given period and suggests what you need to buy in based on what you have in stock and sales in previous periods.

  • Extended vendor support
    That functionality provides support for connecting multiple vendors to the same product. Each supplier can have a unique input price, currency and article number.

  • Import of purchases
    With procurement import, it's possible to create purchase orders from CSV and XLS files.
    Especially convenient for those who have large purchases in spreadsheets from earlier, or receive purchases from suppliers.

  • Export of purchases

    This functionality provides support for exporting the entire selection made on the dashboard. So you can set up searches and filters and then export the selection to CSV.

  • Compilation picking list
    This functionality allows you to print a dashboard for selected orders, showing which products, and how many of each product, you should pick up with you to pack and ship your selected orders.
